White oak or hazel bark is very helpful particularly when the cyst is still small. White oak or hazel bark contains astringent property that helps shrink the ganglion cysts and heals them faster.
Make a White oak or hazel bark tea compress and cover the ganglion cyst and wrap for few minutes to penetrate your skin. This helps to shrink the cyst faster.

11. Arnica
Arnica has anti-inflammatory property that helps reduce pain and swelling. Moreover, it increases blood circulation in affected area, which speeds up the healing of ganglion cyst.
1. Mix equal amount of arnica essential oil and warm coconut or olive oil. Apply this mixture on the cyst and massage gently for few minutes. 2. Then, put betel leaf or bandage over the affected area. Repeat this 2-3 times a day for several days.3. Alternatively, you can apply readymade arnica cream/lotion directly over the affected area 2-3 times a day.
Caution: Some people can be sensitive to arnica, so do a patch test before using it.
