We often used lemon and garlic as seasoning for salads or meat. Also, we used these two ingredients in cooking everyday at home. But did you know that these two ingredients when combined together offered positive effects to our health and body?

Here are remedies using lemon and garlic that will help you to keep your arteries and your heart healthy:
Ingredients:-1 cup of garlic juice-1 cup of fresh lemon juice-1 cup of apple cider vinegar-1 cup of ginger juice
Preparation: Pour all the ingredients in a pot and for 30 minutes put them to boil. Let the mixture cool down and add 3 cups of organic honey. Stir until everything is properly combined and in a glass store the solution and keep in the fridge.
Consume one tablespoon of the solution every day before breakfast.
-6 lemons-30 garlic cloves
Peel the lemons and the garlic and cut them into pieces. Put them in a blender and blend with some water. Then, pour the solution into a pot, add 2 liters of water and let it boil. Stir well until it starts boiling. Afterwards, cook it gently for 5 minutes more. At the end, store the solution in a glass jar and keep it in the refrigerator.
Consume the solution for three weeks, make a pause of one week and continue with three weeks more (6 weeks in total). Take 50 ml of it every day.
For three weeks, drink one normal-sized glass of the mixture daily. Then pause the remedy for a week, followed by another three weeks of one glass a day. Repeat the treatment every 12 months.
